We've had a busy May! On May 14, with a TON of help from Chris' parents, we threw Chris a surprise 30th birthday party! It was a wonderful evening - we had hamburgers & hot dogs and lots of good food... and I got a wonderful cake from the bakery - half was confetti cake with raspberry filling and the other half was yellow cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling - WOW! And since Chris is all about hunting, I had them decorate the frosting to give it a camoflauge look! hehe. We also had corn hole and a bonfire and the girls just loved staying up past their bedtime....
The day after the party, we went on a photo shoot adventure to the park, so my sister could get some pregnancy photo's taken. Merin (Chris' brother Joe's wife) is an amazing photographer and she got lots of good pic's of Missy and we all had fun! (She was 30 weeks pregnant in these pics!)

What a little miracle this baby is! After 5 years of unexplained infertility, and after some complications leaving her hospitalized for a week at 24 weeks along.... my sister is so blessed to be carrying a healthy baby and to be doing so wonderfully! :) The blood clot she once had is gone, she has experienced no more contractions and the placenta previa is gone! All praise to Jesus for healing her!

For Mother's Day, my mom once again took the girls to the portrait studio and had a surprise portrait taken of the girls! I love this year's photo - it's just sooo adorable! They are growing up too fast..
And here is Chloe's "Spring" Preschool picture! What a big smile!
