YEA - it's a hula hoop! Yes, Chloe's too little to actually 'hula hoop' but when asked what she wanted for Christmas, she would always say "hoop hoop!" I don't know where she learned about hula hoops... but she was very excited to get this! And then of course Aunt Allison and Mommy had to try & do the hula hoop so Chloe could watch... We learned you don't quite 'hula' like you once could, when you get older! haha.
